Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. Major Issue with the description. This is NOT 10.5 qt, it holds 7.5 Qt safely. 8qt up to the brim. I am catering for a retreat this weekend. The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement. Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. Very energy efficient and sleek looking. I installed through the wall with no issues. Only problem is that it was damaged during shipping but Wayfair made it right. I have two large rooms that are 30 x 50 so I have 2 duraheat 10000 watt heaters. They are strong enough to keep temps steady in an insulated area even when it is below freezing outside .
