This is an absolutely massive refrigeratorfreezer combo! Delivery took quite a while, but that’s expected with how big it is. It took a full delivery truck and 2 guys to unload it, they very nicely and carefully got the box inside our garage for us. Unboxing took a while, the wheels were sitting on a wooden platform and was impossible to get out from underneath without hammering the wood to pieces. The wheels on this unit are so convenient to move it around because it is HEAVY. It has 2 refrigerated areas and one freezer, it performs wonderfully but is quite noisy when it’s running. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence.
