The hot tub was easy to set up and get the chemicals correct even though this is our first experience with any hot tub. The jets are a little noisy. For an inflatable hot tub we are very happy with our purchase. Use the App as it helps with regulating, heating and keeping clean. It comes with a grate cleaner tool that conveniently hangs on the door. And i love that it has wheels so you can easily move it. I made chicken and steak and corn on the cob on the top shelf and everything cooked evenly, and the burners were not affected by the constant wind conditions here by the beach.
