First, let me say that working with Wayfair is great, even when there's a shipping glitch. So I'll start from the beginning, in April of 2021 we purchased 4 of the Polywood Vineyard Curveback Adirondack chairs in slate gray. After a party in May, my wife and I realized that a bench would be the final touch to our patio. I went online and found the Polywood Vineyard bench, but it was out of stock and wouldn't be available until late November. We chose to wait on it so that our furniture would match. Much to our surprise, we received an email in late July that our bench was on the way. When we received our (large and heavy) package, we were so disappointed that it had been damaged in shipping. I called Wayfair, sent in pictures of the damage and they said they would send another bench. Ten days later we received our new bench, undamaged. My wife is happy now. Happy wife, happy life! Very beautiful!!! Very heavy duty ! I gave it 4 stars only bc it had a huge gash In one of the boards on top . It could have happened in shipping maybe I’m gonna try to sand it down . Still annoyed though. And I also thought this one has a hole for an umbrella, Nope it doesn’t . . Let’s hope I do t wreck this table bc I’m also gonna have to make my own . Wish me luck !. Amy.
