I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a tub that could be moved pretty easily by two people up a tight flight of stairs -- Check. Acrylic tubs are light, but often do not retain heat well, this one happens to have an insulation option. Bingo! I wanted an air tub with white drain hardware, those were options here too. I wanted a sleek modern aesthetic with room for two, this unit fit the bill. I needed adjustable feet so that I could get water to flow underneath the tub in a wet room, that was another yes here. I had a really specific wish list, and this thing met it all! We're still in the middle of install, but the quality of this unit appears very promising.
