This chair sold by Wayfair received 4 out of 5 stars because of a few minor things. First, this chair is sold by other online retailers and clearly indicates that it has voice recognition and control.. The problem is that there is no setting on the remote to turn this feature off, so what will occur like other home A.I. devices it will hear what it believes to be the magic phrase and activate the chair when you were merely watching television. The reviews from the other site indicate that you can unplug the chair to resolve this issue while not in use. However, the power switch is a the back and very bottom of the chair which means that would be a royal pain. I have come up with my own solution that I am sharing because the features that come with the chair and price point are good value. There appear to be two microphones on the remote control one on the front and other on the back.. I used a piece of the soft material that normally comes with electronics to protect the screen and blue painter’s tape that doesn’t have a strong adhesive residue and cut a small circular piece for each microphone and taped over them with a small piece of the blue painter’s tape, thus muting the microphones’ ability to pick up random trigger words from the television and without damaging the remote control. The other solution is to get a smart plug or power strip that is compatible with Alexia or Apple HomeKit and plug your chair into the smart plug or power strip which would allow you to turn the chair on or off without having to move it to access the rear power button. I liked the fact that the chair came well packaged and did not need any major assembly just have to connect the white air hoses from chair to seat cushion for air system to operate correctly. Lastly, this chair will not replace your typical recliner as it relates to comfort and watching TV unless, as I did, you add a tall removable back/lumbar padded seat cushion and pillow because it is designed to be therapeutic and without the padding you will feel the massaging nodules along your back and bottom and soles of your feet if you are not actively receiving a massage. I hope this review was helpful so that anyone who has purchased or looking to purchase can be informed and have options.. BTW, Wayfair does have fast and timely shipping and delivery.. Vincent. The door hinge is amazing -- even when you accidentally push too hard on the door, it closest softly. My only complaint is that one box came without the supports for the fourth shelf -- so one of my cabinets has four shelves and one has three. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min. Have not installed yet but the item looks to be of great quality and the installation instructions are clear and easy to follow. According to the instruction, only one chroma light could be hooked a Mr. Steam generator. This unit is plenty large for our shower. We'll create a full steam experience in about five minutes. It did require a bit more electrical work, as it definitely pulls some wattage. We also had to buy a steam tray to set the unit on in a separate transaction, but you must have this. The 2 small round silver at the bottom of shower is where the steam comes out. Super easy to add essential oils for relaxing or invigorating experience. Found the perfect installation product! I was looking to make an old fixture smart automated and this SkyPlug canopy kit allowed me do just that. The company has a SkyHome app that controls my light and best part was how easy it was to install the plug and canopy onto my fixture. After installing the outlet and plugging in my Eurofase fixture I realized how dirty the glass was. The Skyplug allowed me the ease of unplugging and cleaning my glass fixture on the ground and then quickly plugging it back into the ceiling. Where has this amazing invention been? You can use it with almost any hanging light! I think I might just install these in the whole house.
