Specific bolts are required for concrete walls. The hardware package only has lag bolts for wooden walls or drywall. Thinner or thicker doors require the correct length of the hex bolts. Thicker doors also require spacer extensions which will extend the track further from the wall to fit the thicker door. If there is a door trim a thick header board will be needed for the hardware to be attached. There needs to be a clearance between the top of the door to the ceiling for the single track bypass hardware kit.

For a fraction of the cost of a new door, replace those worn-out rollers. This high-tension steel spring roller assembly fits onto the Columbia Uni-Fit series door. This roller assembly has a 1-inch diameter high-density polyethylene roller mounted in the housing. The flat steel spring end catches onto the inside of the door frame while the flat edges of the two tabs extending out in front of the roller restrict the roller from retracting too far up into the door frame as it rolls. This sliding screen door roller assembly insert has a thinner high-density polyethylene frame than the Prime-Line part B 646. It has an adjustable high-density polyethylene inner housing and high-density polyethylene roller. The assembly inserts into the bottom or top of the sliding screen door using the included screws. The roller adjusts to the correct position needed. This style is found on Columbia sliding screen doors but is also used by a variety of other sliding screen door manufacturers. The hardware package only has lag bolts for wooden wall or drywall. Homacer sliding barn door hardware kit is compatible with door thickness. If you have thinner or thicker door, please contact Homacer for the correct length of the hex bolts of the hangers, or you can get them from your local hardware store. Please also notify Homacer to put spacer extensions in the package if you have thicker doors. The spacer extension will extend the track further from the wall to fit the thicker door. If you have a door trim, you’d better put a header board that is as thick as the trim and then attach the hardware to the header board. From the top of the door to the ceiling, you need to have clearance for u shape bracket bypass hardware. All tracks that are under coming in one piece. All tracks that are above are connected by two tracks using a junction plate.
