I have three bathrobes...LOL husband gifts. But, I wanted one I could wear while sitting outside on my porch early in the morning when it's chilly. Also, didn't want to wear the "nicer" robes sitting on patio furniture. So this robe is LONG and HEFTY. Not flimsy terrycloth. It keeps me warm. I got a dark color to 'blend in' and if I sit quietly with my coffee, the birdies entertain me at their feeder without fear. I washed before wearing as the instructions said and it did not shrink.
