This tree has great fullness and quality. It was easy to setup while the branches took awhile to pull down and separate as with any artificial tree. My only two negatives would be the changing of the light color and star plugin. The speed of the light change and blinking starts at fast and continues to get faster with each level. It's like a rave in the house. The kids love it but my husband and I had hoped there would be a more subtle level. For the star plugin - it's not a standard plug. I believe it's referred to as a low voltage. We need to buy an adapted to plug it into our star. That specification would have been appreciated in the description to prepare. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min. This will be one of the hidden splurges that I will always be grateful we went for. Lets face it ordering a steam generator is the most boring part of any shower renovation. So here are the highlights: This unit is fast , quiet, and has quite a few whistles if you will. Area on steam head for essential oils and a wonderful chromatherapy light, two control panels (inside and outside) and the auto drain. I purchase the in line filter too ( florida has hard water) . In all extremely pleased. Only reason it did not get a 5 star rating. Looking for a black matte finish on the steam heads and controllers, not available and the oil rubbed bronze look on these is just okay.
