It's like a rave in the house. The kids love it but my husband and I had hoped there would be a more subtle level. For the star plugin - it's not a standard plug. I believe it's referred to as a low voltage. We need to buy an adapted to plug it into our star. That specification would have been appreciated in the description to prepare.
