My original complaint: I ordered two sets of two chairs for a total of 4 chairs. Just the 4 upper chairs without legs or hardware were in the two boxes. they are useless as delivered! Upon complaining to Wayfair, the rep sent my complaint back to the factory. It turns out that the legs and hardware and an Allen key for each chair were concealed in a zippered compartment under the seat. This took a long time; Wayfair should've known the solution to the problem when I first contacted customer service. I’m so thrilled with these armchairs! They are really nice quality, heavy, and sturdy. The green is such a beautiful olive green in person but it’s neutral enough to go with anything.
