I'll let you know when we actually get the pergola put together. Deck is still being built. This product has over 2000 parts, so if you are not handy, take Wayfair up on their offer to install. Comes in 8 boxes, and if you appear to be missing parts, check inside the posts. Important parts are packed inside one of the posts. We checked as soon as the packages arrived and all the parts were shipped. Watch out for Wayfair's pricing policy though. They dropped the price by $500 and would not make a price adjustment... and I have spent thousands of dollars at Wayfair. Did not appreciate that at all. Update: 4/1/23 The pergola is lovely, but tends to creak in the high winds we get. Not really a problem. The finish has held up well, except for the 2 hooks controlling the opening and closing of the levers. They are very badly rusted.We also ran electric up the inside of the middle posts, and put a light on the outside post and an electrical outlet on the other post.
