I have had three spine surgeries cervical. I have all kinds of metal in my neck from the surgeries and I have tried 20 some pillows in about 10 years and I still have two of them and they were wore out completely. I’ve been using this pillow every night for the past two weeks, and it’s been incredibly comfortable. It strikes a great balance between softness and support, and it holds its shape really well overnight. I especially appreciate the dual-firmness design—one side is firmer than the other—which makes it equally comfortable whether I’m sleeping on my back or my side.
