I was well overdue for a new immersion blender, and did a good bit of research before deciding on this one. The attachments on this model are terrific. The only one I have not yet used is the masher (solid black piece), but maybe this fall when we make more mashed potatoes. The blender has a safety lock design that my previous did not. The "click" mechanism for releasing/swapping attachments makes using it a breeze. I especially like that it has three speeds for blending: pulse (which pulses though you hold the button steady), low and high. This makes it very versatile for my various uses. Stay-cool bottom with a detachable cord lets this percolator go anywhere to serve, and it only needs to be plugged in to keep it hot.

Although it says 12 cup perculator, it’s taller and wider than my other 12 cup, and also lighter in weight, which makes it easier to pour. The spout also pours very nice. It flows out with a cute up and in flow and is more controllable. I spill a lot with my older model, not a Euro Cuisine. I love the copper color. The only problem is there is a sharp edge on the insde at the pour spout where I’ve cut my knuckles during cleaning. I have to be careful. The pot is otherwise worth it.. Jeralyn. Naperville, IL.
