I would give this bed 5 stars but the assembly for this was ROUGH. You have to put together every individual slat. So just be prepared for splinters. I really like this bed! Delivered by FedEx in one large heavy box, very hard to carry without additional help. The unboxing was smooth aside from there being no instructions included. We were able to find ins instructions for this item online with a bit of searching. I put it together with help from one other person. Would have been more difficult to do alone. Took us about 2 hours or so. The quality is nice and I like the way it looks (just as pictured). I got the queen size in color Ivory Canvas. I have a 12” mattress that works really with the height of the headboard. My biggest complaint is that it says the space beneath the bed is 5-6” but it’s more like 3” so none of my under bed storage fits. Overall would recommend this product to others!. Anonymous. This is great, BUT the hardware and instructions included did not match with the bed. I called to resolve this issue, but there was nothing they could do. I’ve been to the hardware 3 times to try to find bolts that fit! We will keep trying! Other than that, the color is great, the fabric is great, and it was easy to put together. Was shipped as promised but received the wrong legs. Instead of the gold legs as shown jn picture we received black plastic legs. Called Wayfair right away and customer service was great and out in the order for the correct legs. Unfortunately it’s been 5 days and we still haven’t recvd a confirmation that the correct legs have been shipped out.
