I am so excited for my new tankless toilet!! I love the foot flusher and how easy it will be to clean. That being said, it is the heaviest toilet in history... I helped my husband install it but I thought I was going to pull my back out or have a heart attack while doing so. Make sure you have help to install or pay someone to do it. The toilet arrived with significant shipping damage. Upon opening the box, I found that one of the ceramic side panels had been shattered during transit. The packaging and carton showed signs of rough handling, and there were ceramic fragments throughout the box. At this time, Wayfair is working with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts. I appreciate their willingness to address the issue, but I have not yet been able to install or test the toilet due to the damage. The toilet itself looks modern and well-designed, and I’m hopeful that the damage was limited to the removable ceramic panel and that no internal components were affected during shipping. We are remodeling our house, and I wanted a smart toilet. Nobody needs a smart toilet till you get one. I like the height and the comfort. Very easy to use. It is very chic, but, most importantly, it's worth having. It flushes away very powerfully, and it is quiet. It is intuitive to use, and the remote is a nice feature. I have two clients who now want this included in their designs. My clients and I care about the value for the dollar, and a ton of homework before buying. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts.
