Overall for the price it is a well made chair. Some of the issues I have with it probably would have been avoided if there was an instruction book on how to use the features. The full body massage chair is not exactly what we expected. It seems to be larger than needed for us. I have tried laying it flat on the bed. I have a bad back so didn’t really want to use it on the floor. The controller and instructions are confusing. You basically have to just play with it until you figure out what is good for you. I tried it on a bed, the top part does slip. I am not sure if it would be better on a chair or a recliner. I plan on trying that soon. When you first lay on it (off) it is hard. You feel all the balls in it. So be sure to position it where you want the massagers. They may be to powerful for some. It’s not bad and I will try on a chair soon. So far, it worked fine. I recently purchased Modern PU Leather With Wood Grain Full Body Zero Gravity Massage Chair Recliner with Heat & Bluetooth Speaker and overall my experience has been average. The chair has a very nice modern design, and the PU leather with the wood grain finish looks great. I also liked the zero-gravity feature, which does help you relax and takes pressure off your back. The heat function is a nice touch and the Bluetooth speakers are convenient for listening to music while using the chair. Setup was fairly straightforward and the chair feels sturdy. I only wish the touchscreen was luminated However, the massage intensity and heat coverage could be better. The rollers sometimes feel like they miss certain areas of the back, and the massage programs are somewhat limited. What a find!! Wayfair, you nevere cease to amaze me!! This massage table is very good quality with a weight and pressure susutaining of 500lbs. I was deligghted to see the added bonuses of side arm rests, the face hole in the table as well as face support attachment. The table is wide enough for treatments but not made for heavier, larger clients. I loved the blue neck support piece and amazingly I have never owned one, so it was a great included surprise that is also very helpful.
