I was nervous that it wasn't a name-brand but it has worked very well. The rain shower-head is large and I like that it can pivot. The regular shower head works well and has various settings. I was also concerned that I would only be able to choose the water temperature but not the volume of water--no problem, the control allows for both volume and temp. I've been using it for about three weeks. All good. Update, within a few months, the shower head button wouldn't work. The system is beautiful. Very stylish and sleek. Somehow I missed when ordering that it's a push-button system, which is really cool! Super easy to turn on and off and switch between the three different functions. It is called out, but just to confirm: you can use multiple features of the system at the same time. Some systems only allow 1 at a time. This one allows you to choose any 2 or 3 at once. The one thing I'm noticing after a month of use is that a couple of the parts seem to be losing their finish. I absolutely love this new home addition. I won’t credit myself as being a handy person but surprisingly was also able to install it myself. It was super easy to install. I took off one star only because I wish the pressure spray button would lock in place but it has to be held down manually. Otherwise, it’s a great feature that makes my otherwise mid pressure water clean at a higher pressure. The added rain spray feature is a plus for washing fruit and vegetables and actually is soft..
