[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a bad oven. This oven does a nice job baking. I have not tried all the functions yet but I am liking it so far. I would say if you are looking at it just for the steam function I would not buy just for that. You can only put water in while the oven is cold before you start to bake. I had visions of steam baking big batches of cookies and muffins with the steam back function. Before you get through a second batch of muffins or maybe 3 sheets of cookies the water will have all evaporated and you will be out of steam. Kinda disappointing might as well just put a pan of water in below item you are baking rather than pouring in bottom of oven. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch benchmark induction range is a great piece of hardware. I love how fast it brings water to a boil and how well built it appears to be. The glass overhanging the counter is a great feature add too. Downsides: it was very frustrating to install this extremely heavy appliance just to set it up and see that they offered little spacers for the tiny gaps in the back--I didn't get to use them because I would've had to pull the range out again completely. I sticker saying "stop! Before install install spacers" would've been nice! Having a baking drawer like kitchenaid offers would be awesome instead of just a warming drawer on the bottom. And lastly. The wall cap is made of 22 gauge crack steel construction with a black electrically-bonded epoxy finish for durability and long life. Sold as 1 to a carton.

This was the only vent cap that I could find with 6" round ducting, for use with my Air Exchanger input. Although it worked, with some difficulty and modification, I wish it were made of plastic instead of heavy duty aluminum.
