(UPDATE) I finally got my vanity area done. In general, I love the mirror, BUT, I would have preferred to have it mounted to the wall. The instructions seem to indicate that there should have been a bar on the back of the mirror for the J hooks to attach to, but the back of my mirror was perfectly smooth, so there was nothing for the J hooks to hold. In other words, if you plan on hanging this mirror, when you receive it, open it immediately and verify the hanging hardware is included. Also, keep in mind this mirror is very heavy, so definitely make sure it has excellent support (attached to wall stud). Works for me, but cautiously recommended to someone who wants it wall mounted. This mosaic wall mirror looks so beautiful in real life! The only problem is, it took the shipper 3 times to wrap it sufficiently so the mirror wouldn't break. After the second mirror arrived for free as I had reported that the glass was shattered due to poor wrapping, I couldn't believe that it was also broken! I called CS again and asked them if they could contact the shipper and explain that it needed bubble wrap and protection. They did that and then the third time was the charm! Hopefully, the shipper has made note for all new orders to be sufficiently wrapped and protected. The mosaic glass frame is actually quite subtle and looks like it costs a lot more than it does. First, it's gorgeous! I purchased this about 6-8 months before my home was built. Because other reviews mentioned how well it was packaged I didn't even open the box until I moved in and the mirror was safe and sound. I would highly recommend and I might upload another picture once everything is painted and my chandelier is hung. This mirror is solid and very well made.
