I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. The locksmith came to install the lock and we discovered that two of the four batteries that came with the unit were dead. I called Wayfair's great customer service folks, who are sending out four fresh batteries. Normally this would not be an issue but I have never seen these batteries before. They are CR 123A 3V lithium batteries. In researching these, the internet says the batteries should have a 10-year shelf life, I don't know why they would be dead. The lock seems sturdy and very well made. I have three other keypad locks that take AA batteries and I am constantly replacing them. When I get power on the lock I will update my review.. Brenda. This cabinet took a long time to receive. It arrived without any type of assembly instructions. The quality seems very good, and it will be a great addition to my audio rack system. I have finally figured out the assembly using the photos on the Wayfair website. I have not figured out how the shelves are intended to be mounted yet.
