The locksmith came to install the lock and we discovered that two of the four batteries that came with the unit were dead. I called Wayfair's great customer service folks, who are sending out four fresh batteries. Normally this would not be an issue but I have never seen these batteries before. They are CR 123A 3V lithium batteries. In researching these, the internet says the batteries should have a 10-year shelf life, I don't know why they would be dead. The lock seems sturdy and very well made. I have three other keypad locks that take AA batteries and I am constantly replacing them. When I get power on the lock I will update my review.. Brenda. The idea of a picture frame that can store 100,000 photos sounds impressive, but the process of uploading photos is extremely inconvenient. To add pictures, you must download the Frameo app on your phone and send each photo to the frame over Wi-Fi. The thought of doing that thousands of times is simply unrealistic. The unit does not support USB transfers, which would have made uploading photos much easier. I also tried sending photos from my computer, but that did not work either. I contacted online customer support, but they were unable to provide a solution. As a result, I had to return the item.
