I took a chance and ordered an open box for this item. It was package like a new one, however, after unpacking everything and proceeding into the assembly, I found that the plastic piece inside kne of the legs, to receive the caster/wheel was broken and pushed down inside the leg tube and not operable. Since I had it completely unpacked and partly assembled, I decide to try a fix. It was obviously broken. I hade to pry/pull the plastic part up and out. It came out in two pieces, should be one. I tried to glue the pieces together and re-installing. Now it has a loose fit but I was able to get the shaft of the caster wheel in. It is loose but appears to be working. Not at all sure if it will hold up when I get the cart loaded up? I believe this was a return and wasn’t inspected properly or they would have caught this broken critical part. I would like Wayfair or the manufacture to send me a new plastic piece that is inside the leg tube so that I can properly assemble the caster/wheel into the leg.. Rex. NC. Mon Dec 19 2022

Lot to assemble, but when done looks good and sturdy. The only flaw that I see is that I wish they had used a heavier duty top board rather than the half inch thick particle board which could allow placement of a printer or anything else with a little bit of weight.
