This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools.
