These are really nice stools. We purchased four. The first one took about a hour to put together, but once I was sure of how to do it, the remaining three went pretty quick. I noted that one prior reviewer mentioned that these stools were not very solid (rickety). We did NOT find this to be the case - they are very solid. You just have to properly tighten the screws. Love these blinds! The pullpush to lowerraise is very smooth and easy to use. The only thing to warn about is that they are quite sheer.
