Was very happy with this. not sure why they call it natural white cane. it looks like the photo - nothing "white" looking about it. love the rattan/caning front. the wood part is fine/nice - not "expensive" looking wood, but it's perfectly nice. great for my second home condo. my daughter also has one in her apartment. This looks to be a very solidly made toilet. We are about to start renovating our bathroom and this is the toilet we chose. It arrived very well packaged and all pieces appear to be intact. I took photosfrom all available views, as we are keeping this in the box until we can have this installed. We are on the list for late February for the plumber to get this installed.
