The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement. Was very happy with this. not sure why they call it natural white cane. it looks like the photo - nothing "white" looking about it. love the rattan/caning front. the wood part is fine/nice - not "expensive" looking wood, but it's perfectly nice. great for my second home condo. my daughter also has one in her apartment.
