We used this tent for winter camping in March with a mix of light snow and rain, and overall it performed really well. The 300D Oxford material felt durable.We set it up with a wood-burning stove using the stove jack, and it worked great. I was initially concerned about how close the stove would be to the walls, but the spacing was actually very comfortable and safe.Inside, we were able to fit two twin air mattresses with a storage table in between, which worked perfectly as a side table. With the stove inside, I would say it realistically fits 2 people comfortably (or 1 queen/king mattress). Without the stove, you could likely fit an additional mattress.The awning is a standout feature — having a covered cooking area right outside the tent made a big difference, especially in wet conditions. Definitely worth getting the version with the awning.The only downside is that this “8-person” size does not have the top ventilation that the larger models (10- and 12-person) include. Because of that, we experienced noticeable condensation buildup along the walls. If your bedding touches the sides, it can get damp, so I recommend keeping mattresses slightly away from the walls and bringing a towel to wipe down moisture.One additional tip: if you’re using a wood stove, make sure your chimney pipe extends well above the tent height (ideally 9–10 ft). Mine was a bit shorter, and a few embers caused small, patchable holes in the roof.Overall, I’m very happy with this tent — it’s durable, functional, and worked great for cold-weather camping. I did a lot of research before I bought this little freezer. It is replacing a 30 year old chest-style deep-freeze that still runs, but it's very tired and the rubber seal on the lid is worn out. While I know that today's appliances are not made like they used to be as far as longevity, they certainly are WAY more energy efficient. To give an example, our old chest-style freezer ran on 600 watts. This new one runs on 60 watts. No...that is not a type-o. Those are the true numbers per my electrical engineer husband who tracks that sort of thing. It took FedEx a bit longer to get it here than I had hoped, but it arrived in good shape. The bottom of the shipping box clearly had been sitting in water at some point in it's life, but the thick Styrofoam that is molded around the bottom of the freezer itself seems to have protected it. You never know the conditions of a warehouse. To test the freezer, I put a cooler ice-block on each shelf. And within about two hours, they were mostly frozen. So I know it's working. Worth noting here, a lot of small upright freezers have fixed shelves that can't be moved or removed. With this freezer, the shelves while not adjustable in height, can be removed for larger items. There is a little plastic bin at the bottom. The freezer door appears to close tightly. It's a wonderful little unit. I got the "stainless" color. It's not stainless in the traditional sense, but rather is a light gray almost plastic looking material with a silvery sheen. It doesn't show fingerprints. It's very pretty. Since this freezer is in our garage, I'm not that picky about the looks of it, but this is pretty enough to be inside of a nice home. As you can see in my second image, frozen pizzas do fit in there, as long as they are not huge. The dimensions published on the Wayfair site are correct. I bought a "palate" to put below the fridge (different vendor) to keep the bottom of the unit up off of the garage floor so it stays clean and dry. It is visible in my two images included. This will also allow me to keep the area under the freezer clean when things like leaves blow into the garage which is an inevitability. This unit can be used as either a fridge or a freezer depending on how you set it. The setting dial is a bit hard to move, which actually is great, so that it doesn't get rotated accidentally and provide a surprise in temperature ruining your food by getting too cold...or too warm. So far, I'm VERY pleased with this purchase. We'll see how it holds up over time. If it lasts, it will be one of my best purchases. First a note on materials: The fabric IS NOT CANVAS but Oxford fabric. This is not meant as a complaint. The two are very comparable, but if you are set on canvas you should be aware of the substitution. Other than that I am very favorably impressed Setup was straightforward and easy for one person. It holds its shape without sagging after several days. Ventilation with the internal vents open is more than adequate. It has stood up to two days of stormy weather admirably; there have been no issues with it standing up to the wind. As the later pictures show it is dry inside. The last photo shows water beaded up on the outside of the tent. The interior is roomy, and I am able to walk around comfortably. There's sufficient space to sleep several people and their gear or to use it in a less common way. It is currently doing service as a blacksmithy. There is still enough ventilation. There is enough room that the forge is in no danger of melting or burning anything. The fact that the floor can be unzipped means I can stay dry and not have to worry about dropping hot metal on fabric. The price is very reasonable for what I received, and Wayfair's customer service has been exemplary. The only complaint I have is that the raincap for the door does not have a big enough hole to fit over the door support. I just put this up, and it has the most detailed instructions I've ever seen! All of the parts were there, everything numbered, everything fit together real well, I also like how you can take the ends of the shelter off and back on, Ididn't put them on from the beginning but I don't think it's going to be a big deal you just got to go up under the collar that comes around the end to keep weather out when you do have the ends on there. I'm not using the anchoring ropes into the ground, taking one to a tree and the other two into the house. I'll just have to wait and see if it can stand up to South Florida weather. This is a really heavy duty and robust storage shed. It takes a bit to put together, but that may have been because we were assembling it between a tree and our fence-line where there was just barely enough space for the shed. Overall, it was not bad to put together as the assembly process is pretty straightforward. The steel poles are very stout and strong. I really don't see the wind taking this shed anywhere, especially if you stake it down. Plenty of stakes and some concrete anchors are included. There are ratchet straps at all four corners. These straps help to tighten and cinch down the outer cover around the covers for the doors at each end. This aspect is a really nice design as it tightens the cover around the door openings to help keep out the elements. The cover material seems pretty robust and can be tightened down with a lot of tension, so even in heavy winds you won't get any flapping or movement of the cover. We bought this shed for garden tool and supply storage in our backyard. Overall, we have been really pleased with it.
