This was exactly as described. Measurements were great, metal is strong, shelf is useful as are the utensil hooks under the shelf. We chose not to drill into the tile to adhere. We used adhesive to secure to the tile backsplash and the top edge slid under the stainless range hood already installed. Seemless, clean, great price and gives a very polished finished look. Sleek and a eye catcher. Has great ventilation pull and has several levels of suction. My only complaints are...the fan is a bit loud and my front panel only lights up once you press on the light or vent fan icons. It's extremely hard to see the number on and light icon on the solid black touch panel. It should have a back light. Could be the installer missed connecting a wire for the back light.
