As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame. I couldn’t be any happier with this Hood vent if I designed it myself! Especially with the feature of just waving my hand under it and the fans turn on no need to even grab the remote or fiddle around with the control panel! It’s absolutely perfect.. Lydia. Pollocksville, NC. Mon Oct 06 2025
