[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product free from Influenster for my honest opinion. The product came out of the tube easily, which I like. I've had others that are very hard to get out of the tube, even using a caulking gun. So that's a plus. Next, it's a very smooth product that came out of the tube without skipping. It also dried quickly, which is a plus when you're on a time crunch and need to get done fast. All in all, it's a great product. The smell, of course, was bad, but usually is with sealant. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. My system is split to a dedicated faucet and my 2 refrigerator's, ice makers and water dispensers. Water taste good, no issues. I did have to add a small pressure tank to keep the system from cycling multiple times when the ice maker was being filled or the water was being dispensed from the refrigerators. The refrigerators back pressure causes the RO system to shut off prematurely. With the added small waterdrop PWT ( pressure water tank) the system no longer Cycles and the pressure of the water coming out, has increased a small amount. The number of times per day the system comes on has also decreased because of the PWT. The system is not loud but noticeable. The reviews I've seen mainly complain about noise from the system. Which it's not my experience. Again, adding the PWT also reduces the numbem cycles the system runs per day. The system was easy to put in. Only pre-requirement is a dedicated electrical outlet under the sink. I split my power from my dishwasher. I ran my electrical line from the dishwasher under my cabinet into a dedicated dual Outlet. I cant really write much about this product because I did not realize just how small they are, so I can not use this product because I need the connectors to be spaced out more for my kitchen light. What I can write about these bulbs are that they are very durable as they are extremely thick. Upon insecting these, they are really high quality. They are tiny. My thumb is almost the same size as these. My mother has a chandelier type of light, so if the take this type of connector and not the screw in bulbs, I will test them on hers. OR because I am satisfied with the quality of these, I will by a light that takes these bulbs specifically. The shipping was amazing.
