This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. i’m so glad i found this. i measured the base of our kitchen sink at least 30 times before i decided on this size and fortunately, there was 1 available from an “open box.” i got it literally for half price and it fits perfectly. the only danger is that the “open box” items are non refundable which is why i measured and remeasured and remeasured. the grate came with extra bumper guards and leg caps in black and clear. this is a very well made item. when i was researching them, i was also checking the weight of them items and i deducted that the heavier the weight, the better the construction. i was right. highly recommend!. I've had others that are very hard to get out of the tube, even using a caulking gun. So that's a plus. Next, it's a very smooth product that came out of the tube without skipping. It also dried quickly, which is a plus when you're on a time crunch and need to get done fast. All in all, it's a great product. The smell, of course, was bad, but usually is with sealant.
