We opened the box and realized I didn't read the description well enough ( not Wayfair's fault). I just didn't realize this faucet is very "tall". I had to return bc it didn't fit our space. Therefore, I can't comment about functionality (since we didn't install), but I can tell you it is beatiful and looks just like the picture. Its got a powerful stream and easy to switch with the click of the button from spray to steam of water. Delta is a reliable brand i trust to last a LONG TIME! The new diamond seal is supposed to prevent leaks for many years! The magnet to hold the sprayer on feels very tight and secure. (My old sprayer never stayed hooked up and would dangle annoyingly). The touchless technology works well and easy to figure out. I was disappointed that there was no Sabbath mode or way to turn off the light at the faucet. It is a nice feature but some need the ability to disable the lights and there was no way to do so. We tried disabling the power but nothing we tried was effective. I love this faucet! It’s a beautiful color, aesthetically interesting and the multiple touch points are very convenient when cooking, cleaning and having littles that help in the kitchen. You are able to tap the handle, the top of the faucet and just put your hands under bend in order to make the water turn on. The battery life is sufficient so they don’t drain as quickly as you might imagine. My only issue is the tech that regulates temperaturepressure when the hot water is on. Product = 5 Stars Wayfair customer service = 4 Stars Actual ability for Wayfair to get me the correct item on time = 0 Stars Initially, item sent quickly and arrived on time. However, the item in the box clearly had already been (at least partially) installed and put back into the box! Customer Reps I spoke with each time were friendly and apologetic. They offered a small discount, but I paid for a new item and wanted a new item, or at least 50% off. They got a new one ordered and although I offered to return the 1st item, they told me to keep it. New ETA came and went and for 8 days status was simply "We are looking into a delay". Finally, 18 days after initial ETA I had to cancel, as the plumber was already scheduled, and we had to have the parts. Ultimately the plumber thought everything looked ok and we ended up using the "used" column. It turned out to be free - ironic since they refused to go higher than 20% discount! No complaints with Wayfair reps on my 4-5 calls, just frustrated that they couldn't tell me why my item was delayed! Product itself does exactly what we need it to and looks great in new shower! Also - Wayfair sent me 55 emails in 1 month requesting this review. (The last few days have been 3 emails within 1 hour each day!) 12 were marked as "FINAL REMINDER". Ha!. Kelly. Omaha, NE. It’s also nice that it comes with three different detangling heads that are easy to swap out based off of your hair’s individual needs. However, I think it should be used as more of a pre-detangling tool rather than using it as detangling tool on its own. It helped ease detangling my hair with an actual brush after using the shower head first. I noticed that after I was finished detangling with the shower head, my knots and tangles were easier to manage without causing as much breakage and ripping as it typically does when just using my detangling brush on its own..
