Have it up for the second season. Good quality but should be made stronger where poles are attached. Had to put gorilla tape over the tares. update - this past summer it tore so much it has to be replaced. Someone should design these with stronger fabric. Update july 2024. After buying canvas topped gazebos in the past, I finally made a decision to get the aluminum patio gazebo. This is the second one we have purchased, one was a gift and we liked it so much we purchased this for us. it’s incredibly sturdy. I was delighted that the roof has 3 hook areas for lighting, plants or wind chimes. The only thing that I would say to the negative is that it took an inordinate amount of time during setup to peel the protective film off the aluminum top pieces perhaps maybe they could do something more with a different protection that could be easily removed but other than that, we love it.. This is a fabulous addition for a cover on our side porch. It was a challenge to put it together, but We completed the task in a day with just 2 people. We are very happy with this gazebo. The wood quality is very good, and the finished product looks beautiful and sturdy in our backyard. Assembly was easier than expected. Two people in the family were able to put it together without hiring outside workers. The instructions were clear, and the parts fit together well. I would recommend wearing gloves during assembly to help avoid scratches or small injuries, and having a ladder will definitely make the process easier. One thing I would suggest is adding an extra coat of wood stain or sealer if you want more protection. I did that for mine because I want it to last longer. Even without it, I think the wood feels durable, but if you live in a humid area or want extra long-term protection, adding a wood sealer is a good idea. One of my favorite things is simply sitting inside the gazebo in the early morning or late afternoon. The shade, fresh air, and peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax and unwind. I was able to donate the return to Habitat For Humanity because of the item was delivered with one of the boxes busted open with missing pieces too big to return and there was no boxes for the return.
