Worked out perfectly. While I have a smaller one in my backyard. I decided to get a larger one to act as a car port for two cars on my side driveway. I can even fit my full size SUV GL550 sitting on larger 22in wheels. I added a motion light to the interior roof, powered by a solar panel mounted on the exterior. This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days. This is a fabulous addition for a cover on our side porch. It was a challenge to put it together, but We completed the task in a day with just 2 people.
