I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. The shed is very good. It definitely takes two people three would be better to put it together to hold the panels up in place and to get everything where it’s supposed to be and just a word of warning. Make sure that you anchor it to a wall or it will blow over. I had this shed tucked into a corner right up against house. I cannot believe that when got in there, but it blew it over and it was full of yard things it was a mess. I had to pull everything out of the bottom, which is open and anchor it into the wall, so don’t make the mistake like I did and think that just because it’s full, the weight is gonna keep it up in a high wind because it will not. UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: you must attach this to your house. i did not attach it to my house even though i had it tucked in a small space right up against the house with the chimney to one side. i thought it was secure because the whole thing is also in an enclosed fenced yard and didn't think the wind would get behind it at all. . that being said it blew over one evening when it was TOTALLY FILLED! What a mess. i had to pull everything out of the bottom and get 2x people to stand it up. the back popped open and one of the panels got damaged. all and all it was ok but we now attached it to the house. so don't make my mistake and think all the weight you have in it will keep it from blowing over..it will not. even in an enclosed area.. The delivery process was excellent. However, the shed has been nothing but a problem with leaks. There have been leaks at various spots of the roof. Installation guy has been back 3 times to seal around the roof screws. There is water standing in the tracks on the inside of shed near the roof. It seems to be a really poor design. Instructions were followed completely. This morning I checked again after we had some rain last night. The floor is full of water again. Very disappointed with the design of this shed. There were a few minor bends that I believe were due to delivery of the product as it is not in a completely sturdy box. This recliner came really fast. It comes in one huge box and there’s minimal assembly. You put the back on and push into place. There’s 2 side pieces that go on the back as well. Then you screw the handle on. They give you an Allen key to screw the handle on and it’s big and awkward and very frustrating to do. I just used my little hand drill. The leather is a true chocolate, brown, glossy soft and supple beautifully made aesthetically pleasing looks very modernized and the silver long handle complements it. The back is very thick and flush, which is nice. I am 5ft 4 and I have a ton of room on this chair in my feet. Don’t even touch the ground. The only thing that I don’t like is how low the handle is again I’m small and petite and I can barely reach the handle. I have to lean over the chair. Other than that, I have no issues. This shed seems flimsy until it's assembled but is sturdy. However, the finish may scratch easily. I had panels that had significant scratches in them and some of the screw holes were difficult to line up. There were a few places that were impossible to get the nut on the bolt. Once complete and set up its a decent enclosure. We got it for our chickens and attached the hen house to it, just left off a couple bars and zip tied the entrance right to it. The instructions absolutely suck and we wound up having to unbolt like 200+ connections to double up the gussets. Now, my wife and daughter got the base started and then asked for my help, I never questioned whether or not they started it correctly so perhaps they missed a step. The door is like waist high to my 6’ frame so it’s a definite crouch to get in there. I can stand in between the “roof trusses”. It has a good appearance and I wonder how it will hold up to the AZ monsoon winds. I used spiral drill in anchors to pin it down, no way the little stakes it came with will keep this in our yard in high winds. I am contemplating what to do in a couple years when the top is sun rotted away, there are only a few trusses to make the roofline and while it looks great, it does not take much to push it off level/plumb. To my amazement, this came in three relatively small, but heavy boxes and we were a few nuts and bolts short but they at least give you a spare parts bag, which had enough to complete the build. Be prepared that this comes in literally hundreds of individual pieces so it can look overwhelming, just follow it step by step and comes together rather nicely, be patient nd take your time. It really is an amazing engineering feat to get this big ole enclosure in these three little boxes. Overall, I am pretty happy with it. I wish the top had the same level of structure (aka bars) as the walls so the fabric top can be optional for predators and when it simply rots away but it would be easy enough to just get some netting and/or a shade later..
