Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! This took two people almost 8 hours to put together. The directions are fairly clear however it is recommended to read the directions entirely or at least 3 steps ahead before each step. The hardware is not magnetic, with an application like this that is something that is almost necessary. The DD (most commonly used) screw heads were mostly faulty and stripped very easily. Time was added to assembly because of faulty hardware issues. There are three phases, after the first phase it does become a little quicker. The first phase is the frame and takes some engineering. DO NOT TIGHTEN THE BOLTS until the end of each step. I chose this item for a carport as shown in the photos. It is recommended to use three people although it will not reduce the amount of time that it took to put it together but will make it easier when putting the 2 ends together will the top rails. The end product is very nice, maybe allow 2 days to complete with less frustration and make sure you have some shade. also, wait to unwrap the panels until installing them - they scratch very easily and can bend out of shape if not handled correctly.
