Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! This canopy seemed like it was about a quarter inch too small and all the dimensions. Additionally the top section of the canopy ripped in a corner when I tried to pull it from the other side because it was so tight. I was able to squeeze the main canopy on the pergola base, but i couldn't get the long metal bars to squeeze into the two pockets on the short sides. I tried again the next day to pull the canvas over the side metal bars and I was successful after the fabric had stretched itself for a day, but the fabric is now straining in some places. While this will work, it takes some hand strength and patience, And maybe one busted corner. No warranty, but the incredibly kind and courteous Wayfair customer service agent asked if a store credit was acceptable to me. South Beach's side wall is a perfect complement to your sun shelter of the same name. Made of Spun polyester, they will be more than useful to either block the wind, bring an extra touch of shade if needed, or simply give you privacy.

Love the privacy when closed. Total blackout from outside light when completely closed. Added lightning in the gazebo to create a cozy secluded environment. One thing I’d do differently is to provide grommets at the bottom of the curtain to allow for anchoring. They blow in when the wind blows or we get a heavy rain. They do provide shade and rain protection when there is no wind. Still looking for a way to anchor them so wind doesn’t blow them constantly. Otherwise, it is a heavy fabric that seems to be weathering well thru the last couple of years. They remain up year round and provide warmth in the winter from cold breezes when they don’t blow in..
