I wasnt sure about these when I first opened the packages. The smell was so strong that I had to put them in the wash immediately (watch out for crazy amounts of fuzz from the chenille!). The pattern is also printed on, not embroidered, and I thought it might look tacky. They came out of the wash pretty wrinkled even though I took them out right away, and the instructions say not to iron. And after all that - I really love them! Love these curtains! They say they are blackout and if I had blinds for my windows they most likely would be. They do filter out quite a bit of light even with no blinds and have significantly cooled down the temperature in the room. I’m looking to get blinds so that will be helpful in creating the true black out effect but for now this will do. Color is pretty and different, material is so soft!. Nichole. Arizona.
