I partially closed on panel for you to see the amount of light blocking/privacy. They have a rubber like backside. I put them in the dryer to remove the fold wrinkles before hanging. The slightly off white color blends beautifully with my light grey walls, old 2" blinds, and old white trim paint. For only fifty bucks, I couldn't go wrong!
