Each pendant comes in 2 boxes, 1 small box for the cord and a bigger box for the shade. So, 2 pendants = 4 boxes, and both pendants (4 boxes) arrived together in one large box. 40 minutes (!) chatting with Customer Service, who could not understand tI wanted ONE label for the one big, original box containing 2 pendants packed in 4 smaller boxes, until I uploaded photos.
