This mattress works ok. I think it leans more to a firmer side than medium firm. Though it works good, I think, having more memory foam on the top part would make it feel a little more comfortable and would definitely help with firmness. We did some research as to what mattress height would be the best for a bad back, and the 14” one was what kept coming up, so we ordered that one. It is medium firm, but not too firm. It is a full king mattress, and fits on top of the slats of our new Wayfair king bed. We have been sleeping on it for about a week, and it is still very comfortable. As you can see in the photo, it comes wrapped in a roll very tight, and my husband had to be careful opening it. It does flatten out once it is open. It’s not the most expensive descaled but so far so good. Puts on a nice light show too. The manual is well written. This appears to be manufactured in Atlanta. I replaced my water heater, also 20 years old. The water is coming out with the lime sentiment. It quickly settles. But I’m hoping it finishes. The product obviously works. I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never owned a bidet toilet. Turns out I love it and I’m very happy with my Woodbridge smart toilet. Some things take getting used to and some things you need to read the instruction manual to set the settings to your liking. I love the powerful and quiet flushing. I also love the minimalist look of it. Some of the other toilets I saw for sale look like little space ships I like a plain this one is. The bidet component is much more effective than I thought it would be. I would recommend this toilet and I would go so far to say that I may buy a second one for my other bathroom upstairs..
