I purchased this mattress for a teen bedroom, and overall it has been a solid choice. It arrived compressed, expanded well after opening, and was ready to use fairly quickly, which made setup easy. The medium feel is a nice balance between comfort and support. It has enough softness on top to feel comfortable, while still being supportive enough for everyday sleep. The hybrid construction also gives it a more substantial feel than I expected for the price. I also like that it sleeps fairly temperature-neutral. The cooling gel layer seems to help, especially compared to traditional memory foam mattresses that can trap heat. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that it was a little firmer than I initially expected, so it may take some time to break in depending on your preference. It’s still comfortable, just not as plush as some buyers might assume. This is my second time buying this gazebo. I get so many compliments when people come over! The last one ended up getting ruined by a wind storm but I had it for several years and everything was holding up perfectly. The canopy fabric color did not bleach out and the curtains were still perfect. There was zero rust on the frame itself even with our harsh winters.
