The on-demand system means that water flows only when needed and cannot be accidentally left running. When hands are present, the water will flow, and when hands are removed, the water will stop. Included: controller and mounting hardware. Purchased separately: compatible spout, water supply line for G1/2 connection, and optional mixing valve for water that is not pre-mixed.

Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet. Have already had one of these for years, now adding to another bathroom. Have tried multiple other (less AND more) expensive brands and none of them have the high quality, weighty feeling -- or the water pressure. Plus the customer service at Rohl is first class.
