Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This is the perfect complement to our new GE oven, it fits perfectly on the oven. We have not used it extensively but it will definitely make it easier to clean because you can remove it to clean. I created a master suite for my daughter and son-in-law, and utilized this toilet for it's modern look, and space saving. I have built new homes, and done tons of renovations for years. This was a little challenging, but worth my daughter's huge smile when finished, around the end of January 2025. The water inlet valve stopped functioning on Nov. 10th 2025.
