Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. A little damaged by being delivered, scratched, contacted support and next day got back with me on ways to find a solution. But have yet to hear back now. Overall machine is pretty decent, sides get hot at first, but then cools off. The spacing is a little tighter than we thought. Normal 750ml wine bottles can’t really fit in both ways, that shows in picture (that’s a con), so I wouldn’t say 45 bottles. The wine refrigerator itself is fantastic. It’s the perfect compact size and the dual zone temperature works wonderfully. My issue is with the printed instructions. The basic instructions seem fine, but I had to swap the door hinge to the opposite side and the instructions were practically nonexistent other than a picture that shows moving the handle from one side to the other. You will need an extremely tiny flathead screwdriver in order to remove the decorative plugs in the door. Beautiful appearance. Shelves are sturdy. Blue backlighting is nice. It did take a couple days with the doors closed to get to the set temperatures but doesn't budge anymore. I haven't heard it running at all. It holds a lot of different size bottles well but nothing fits great on the shelves. I think I prefer that however as every bottle seems to be a different shape..
