Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. I did end up buying a turbo power head from another site (having to buy a power head separately is pretty standard with these high end vacuums).
