An amazing light! I really like it, and it significantly enhances the dining room. The final look is beautiful and absolutely worth it. The process involves wiring and assembling multiple individual chandelier pieces that come separately in the box. • Mounting difficulty: It is extremely difficult to align and secure the four screws when attaching the fixture to the mounting bracket. • Mounting bracket issue: My mounting bracket was not straight, and I had to contact Wayfair to receive replacement parts. • Bulbs not included: The light bulbs are not included, so make sure to pre-order dimmable E12 candelabra bulbs along with a dimmable switch. • Weight consideration: This fixture is quite heavy. The other noteworthy point is, this fixture is the heaviest I’ve ever had to hang. Heavier than a ceiling fan. So, take note. I've had this chandelier for a year now. It took a while to arrive and when it did it was in 5 huge and very heavy boxes. It was professionally installed by a 3 person crew over 13 hours. As the installation neared completion it was discovered that a piece to enclose a circular ring at the base of the chandelier was too small. I contacted customer service and it was a nightmare to get the correct piece that fit. They sent me the same too small piece twice. Finally I had to go to nearby chandelier retailer who was able to obtain the correct size crystal ring for the base closure, after thwt ev3rythibf was perfect. The finished product is absolutely breaktaking. It is a statement and a conversation piece. Everyone who walks into my home is blown away by it. I will say it was well work the hassel of the incorrect piece. The picture speaks for itself. I would absolutely recommend this product.
