This chandelier is gorgeous! I have had previous chandeliers for thousands and this rivals it. Very well made. We had 4 crystals broken out of all of them upon opening. I ordered this fixture a couple of years ago. We have been rebuilding after a lighting fire and it’s taken this long to get it installed and we are still not finished with finish work inside. Once the electrical is complete and we pass inspection I will be able to see this fixture on. The fixture itself is really beautiful. It completely changed our family room and provided some much needed light. However, the bulbs that come with it are small G4 bulbs and they are quite yellow. The manual says the color temperature is 3000K but I think it's more in the range of 2700k. So if you don't mind a golden hue, then you'll enjoy this fixture. I would change the bulbs out if I could but they are very hard to find and quite expensive (it would cost over $600 to change them out). This light fixture by Willa Arlo is indeed stunning. Upon opening the box, it was amazing at first site. Amazingly large, too! This fixture is exceptionally well built, it’s extremely heavy, well packaged, and beautiful. My husband of 78 years installed it by himself! It took him about 2.5 hours. When it came time to actually lift it, I did help him on a second ladder for no longer than two minutes. It would have taken half that time, but it has to sink into the hub. We both love the fact that the blades are metal, not plastic! Every part of the fixture is quality built. The crystals are preinstalled, no having to mess with adding time consuming hanging. The entire fixture is wrapped, safe guarding the crystals and fixture from any potential damage. As I mentioned this fixture is large. Larger than I had anticipated. I’m not sure if my space is large enough to handle the size. We may have to move it to a larger room. It is a gorgeous, well built, statement piece. One of the most beautiful fixtues that Wayfair has to offer. Yes, it is more expensive than most fixtures. However, I have seen similar fixtures, comparable to this one for over 2,000. Downsides are that the instructions are VERY condensed, there is a secondary set of lights you need to wire and there is an extra package of silver boltsscrews for some reason that were not required for assembly. I did put this together myself so it possible! But if you struggle with limited directions, you may need to hire a professional. Gorgeous!! My husband rented a scaffold to install it since our ceiling is 20 ft tall in our entry. He then lowered it, and we sat on scaffolding to install the crystals. Definitely a little more challenging installing this so high but worth it. It comes with a set of small crystals and a set of large crystals and you alternate them when installing on the rings of the chandelier. It took the both of us 1 12 hrs to put the crystals on.
