The overall quality of the range has been excellent so far. We get compliments about it from all our guests and it really is a statement piece in the center of our kitchen. The only grip I have is that the burners do not turn down enough and the wok burner makes a strange humming sound at any level above 5 when any pan is placed above it. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. I love, love, love the sink. Originally we had a cast-iron sink that the finish was worn off of. We tried cleaning it, but this did not help even bleach did not take the stains off of the material. So we decided to put in a new sink unfortunately the sink was very large 42 to 43 inches wide so we are limited on what we could put in there. We found the sink on Wayfair. It was 42 inches wide by 22 inches. We decided to try it when the sink arrived. We looked at it and thought “oh no it’s not gonna fit” but when the plumber came, he was able to get it in and it perfectly fits. This is one of the best upgrades that we’ve done in our house. We’ve had it in for about six months and there are not any scratches or anything like that on it. The cutting board stores easily near the sink. It’s easy to clean and maintain and our whole family loves the upgraded look of the kitchen since putting in the new sink and faucet. I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. Had a hard time finding a fan the size I wanted but this was it! I wanted a larger size and most were not long enough for my 36" stove width I wanted a good 4" on each end. It looks great. Bit loud on low speed but think it's bcs it's so long. I don't mind. And it does a fantastic job of sucking up garlic or onion smells! Love the sleek look, baffles easy to remove and wash.
